The staff's attention was excellent but they have little stock in the store, I bought some headphones that were defective and they did not have enough to replace them

It is somewhat far from the northern part of the city, it is a pity about the chaos of the center to get there. The facility is quite spacious and has several boxes for customer service, they welcome you as soon as you enter to guide you with whatever you need, very good detail. The attention is very good. At least the employee who assisted me the last time was very attentive with the delivery of the device and the suggestions she gave me regarding it. I went on several occasions and was quite satisfied. Good work those from Claro are doing.

It caught my attention when I went to pay the overdue bill for my line that I couldn't pay it on the spot because they don't have any other payment box of any kind and I had to go to an easy payment. I wanted to grab Santa Fe with my wallet for the discount and I couldn't.
